My Handmade items
As a Surface Pattern Designer, I create designs -the pattern you see on the bag, home decor
and many other items. When I am designing a new bag or home decor item - I use my creativity -
thinking about what you want or need in your home that makes a beautiful addition.
Gnomes and needle felting a new found love! I really love working with wool and creating such fun characters. As a fiber artist -I have fell in love with needle felting and amazed by what you can make with wool. So many fun items that just bring joy to the soul.
Tea Maker
I love tea! I grew up with it, and can't imagine a world without it. I love it so much I learned how to make my own. So much junk is put into your teas purchased at the grocery store and have no benefit to you. My teas are beneficial and taste delicious. I use botanicals and leaves. See my Tea section and learn about what I use. I also hold workshops to teach you how to make your own. This year I will be teaching how to build your own tea garden in the space you have. Coming July 26th.

Home Décor
Pillow Case Designs for the Home
I love making home décor -specifically pillows. From floral to ocean to zig zag designs and more - I love making these pillows. They bring a splash of color to my living room, office or bedroom!
I use organic cotton sateen fabric that is light and has at smooth texture. I also use linen cotton canvas if I want a more thicker of a fabric and has a bit of texture.
I create these pillows with 16x16 size or 18x18.

This is where it all started with creating a bag with my dogs on it. I wanted a tote back with their pictures and have a bag that was colorful and had lots of pockets and worked for what I needed in a bag. With these designs that are fun, and so handy with ample space and just enough pockets I can fit my phone and my wallet in and still have space for other items. I absolutely enjoy creating a design and style bag that will be perfect for you and your needs.

Custom dog travel bag and pattern design
Not sure what the name of it is :) "tote with tons of pockets" The pockets were great for travel. I could easily store my giant phone and my snacks without having to dig around in the main section to find stuff. Pockets held onto stuff well too... no worries about things falling out.
Amazing pattern of my ancient pups! I liked the creativeness of the image repeated in different sized hearts. I get comments on it all the time.

Custom dog travel bag and pattern design
I have several of Dawnn's bags. I have a larger one with many, many pockets and it is very useful for travel, which I do a lot of. I sent her pictures of my dog, and she made the bag with pictures of him on it. It is very well made, and the straps are very heavy duty and just the right length. It holds everything I need with room to spare and I love it! The smaller bags are easy and convenient to take when I don't want to carry a large purse such as when I am shopping and needing to have both hands free. The zippers and snaps are all sturdy and well made. The large bag is so handy for a lot of things other than travel, such as going to the beach or lake, shopping, anything that you need a medium size bag for with lots of pockets. It will get a lot of use around here!

I love how Dawnn personalizes my bag for my personality. My pattern for my bag is Harry Potter and Star Wars. I love it. I get so many complaints about how cool it is. It works wonderfully for my busy life. I also got a zipper mini bag, in which I put all my pens in for work. It’s quick and easy and all my pens fit perfectly.
The design is awesome and I just adore the little feet on the bottom of my bag. Over all, I’m in love with these bags and will definitely come back for more.

Surface Pattern Designer, Bag Designer, Author, Tea Maker, Wool Creative
Since 2020 I a have been a surface pattern designer- Designs created and printed on fabric or other surfaces. I specialize in tote bags, clutches, tea towels, décor pillows to name a few. I fell in love with the process of designing the pattern then all the steps in cutting, sewing and perfecting patterns and style of bags. I began learning how to make bags from other bag makers - then evaluated the steps and style and found my own style and design.
All of my designs start out with media I mentioned then I transform them digitally to create my patterns.
I am also a tea maker. I offer classes and workshops on how to make your own tea as well as a building your own tea garden workshop. We live on 5 acres in Athol, Idaho and love it. We have sheep, chickens and turkeys.
We raise and sell lambs here on our farm.
We have a shop called Clever Clutches Shop here on our farm. We are a working farm, and have began growing our own
veggie and flower -tea gardens. The near future for our farm we plan to hold workshops to teach others
what we do to help the homestead community thrive.
Before I was sewing, I was working on my story The adventures of Star the Seahorse.
A story about a Seahorse finding her way in the world with some adventure and suspense that happens along the way.
This is book 1 working on book 2. Star - a seahorse with a gifted talent thrown into the wilderness of life - fun and exciting characters in the story. I illustrated and wrote the story. Please check it out on Amazon.
